Domestic Energy Performance Certificates - Historic - SAP New Dwellings

This dataset contains energy performance certificates for new dwellings in Scotland. This dataset is a subset of a data extract from the Scottish Energy Performance Certificate Register. The latest extract is the "Domestic Energy Performance Certificates – Extended Historic Dataset to Q4 2025". The data has been filtered to retain only new dwellings (using the "Type of Assessment" field). The data is geocoded using the Improvement Service Data Hub. The Data Hub uses the address and coordinates stored in the One Scotland Gazetteer.
